Commitments

Environmental responsibility

The Elements are committed to ecology with ARVIVA.

ARVIVA

Arts vivants, Arts durables was born out of the realization that the performing arts have a major role to play in addressing environmental issues. It brings together producers, technicians, agents, creative, distribution, and training venues, festivals, artistic teams, entrepreneurs, and operators in the performing arts, across all disciplines and aesthetics.

Elémen'terre

The Élémen'Terre association supports Les éléments in their eco-responsible approach. In general, Élémen'Terre encourages event organizers in Occitanie to adopt more environmentally friendly practices by organizing the sharing of reusable equipment (including tableware), training them, raising their awareness, and connecting them through a network. Les Éléments benefited in particular from a “helping hand” meeting with Élémen'Terre to discuss better ways of continuing their activities in an environmentally friendly manner. Élémen'Terre also led a Fresque de la mobilité culturelle (Cultural Mobility Fresco) for FEVIS Occitanie, of which Les Éléments is a member. This was a collaborative workshop to raise awareness of the ecological challenges of human mobility.

Gender-based and sexual violence and harassment

Les Éléments is committed to combating gender-based and sexual violence and harassment.
